We had a highly successful day, as both morning and afternoon charters were extremely productive and allowed us to catch some remarkable fish. We went through some water today, and it was a hot one.


Hot day, big bites, great results!

The inshore fishing around Oak Island, NC has been productive this week, with several species showing great activity in the local waters. Redfish and Speckled Trout remain the top targets for anglers, with both species being caught regularly in the shallows, especially around Masonboro Island and the Lockwood Folly River. Redfish have been responding well to live shrimp and soft plastics, particularly in the early morning and late evening hours.
